Stagbriar Perform New Song Humble Or Hungry Acoustic

Over the last six months things have slowed down for Stagbriar due to the fact that they’re working on a new album, the follow-up to their excellent début Quasi-hymns, Murder-Ballads, and Tales of How the Hero Died, and due to the success of ET Anderson and co-frontman Alex McCollum’s high-profile role as guitarist in that group. The two new acoustic songs are proof that Stagbriar’s sophomore album won’t disappoint. The core of the band is the McCollum siblings whose biggest strengths lie in their ability to play off each other with ease, two voices that somehow weave into one, and guitar parts that do the same. The two new songs touch deep and personal too, growing words watered by life experiences from a past made of rich soil.
